Responsibilites:

• Responsible for leading quotes, bids, and Proposals.
• Review request for proposals (RFPs).
• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends; measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and business strategies.
• Conduct initial planning with Senior Executive team in US and Germany to analyze potential win/loss probabilities, win themes, overall product/services approach, and tailor-made solution to meet the customer needs.
• Identify vital requirements, expectations, prepare questions and develop response plans for potential customers and value add partners.
• Lead the bid process, including timely and quality price submissions from value-add partners, subs, vendors and other Yunex business units.
• Effectively manage a team in drafting targeted client-centric content that bolsters Yunex strengths and reinforces customer confidence in the solution and the project execution team.
• Coauthor corporate qualifications and key executive summaries with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure proposal is consistent with Yunex core value and purpose.
• Deliver the overall response from message of value creation, content delivery, and LoA Yunex internal review process.
• Remain current on all amendments and modifications to the RFP and participate proactively in advancing proposal

knowledge management processes.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
• Will also accept a Master’s degree in listed fields and 3 years of experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience with: transportation industry tracking trends and overarching value propositions;
• Must have 3 years of experience with: responsible for running scope, cost, schedule, claims, internal staffing,

vendors, and contractual deliverables;

• Must have 3 years of experience with: working for engineering consultants in proposal and project management roles.
