About the Role
The role is to lead the Business and Systems Analysis area for multiple technology initiatives supporting the CRBS business in onboarding and maintaining new SaaS applications as well as providing data analytics support to Enterprise Systems and GLCR Portfolios.
This role is responsible for providing Business Analysis expertise in Data Analytics Reporting using Microsoft Suite of O365 applications as well as demonstrating independent work in the Application Security Assessment of complex enterprise solutions with different vendor systems.
This resource will be highly engaged with CRBS, GLCR, and Enterprise Systems partners to prioritize onboarding new SaaS applications and perform security reviews for these applications.
What you need to know
  • Conduct functional and technical analysis of new SaaS solutions to be onboarded by business partners
  • Analyze complex Intranet-related business requirements and processes, ensure traceability of requirements for web applications, integrations and mobile apps
  • Lead design review sessions with technical and functional resources with multiple IT teams like Architecture Review Board, IS, IAM, Information Security and Networking
  • Experience with maintaining budgets and forecasts for application portfolios as well as creating reports using tools like Power BI and presenting those to management
  • Ensure governance and compliance to Enterprise architectural standards, policies, and practices like Single Sign-On, CBRA, Security Assessments, Access Re-certifications
  • Builds relationships with technology leaders to learn best practices and elegant solutions to common problems
  • Ensure SDLC processes related to analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance are followed for all application changes
  • Identify the most complex problems/issues/ assignments and identify barriers hindering support of the applications and work with the development team for resolution
  • Coordinate with functional and technical staff and lead system-related projects and initiatives such as, new system functionality and/or new technologies (i.e. AWS, etc.) for CRBS portfolio
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies
  • Provide weekly updates to IT and business management to keep all informed on the status.

What we're looking for:
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in application development and data analytics 3. Solid expertise in web applications used in Collaboration space and Content Management like MSFT O365 suite of tools like SharePoint Online, Power Platform
  • Sound knowledge and experience in data analytics tools like Power BI, Alteryx or KNIME
  • Proven ability to partner across multiple technical and non-technical areas
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience in managing remote vendor development teams
  • Results oriented and able to execute under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to take initiative and work independently
