- Provide entry level support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching, or instructing employees regarding software or hardware functionality.
- Installation, administration, and daily maintenance of the workplace IT infrastructure (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, desk and mobile phones, network cabling, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controller, Group Policy, and Windows ACLs.
- Replace/install existing and/or laptops at designated employee office area locations, ensuring employees have required equipment and software.
- Assist in the accomplishment of company objectives by performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Resolve user configuration, network access and authentication issues.
- Ensure IT security: antivirus tools, encryption, local and network backups.
- Maintain IT and Company assets (Hardware/Software) inventory.
- Maintain and install VOIP CCTV and access control solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange, and etc.
- Computer hardware & software installation, diagnostic and troubleshooting.
- Operating systems installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Remote connectivity, VPN, Multi-factor Authentication.
- Principles of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic networking knowledge of LAN, WAN, network essentials such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
- Principles of email and conference software (Outlook, Teams, Zoom).
- Office productivity tools (MS office 365, MS Office and etc.)
- Must be willing to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving, Initiative, Teamwork, Flexibility, Communication Skills (written & spoken), Result Orientation.
- Some travel required for training and remote office setup and support.
Ability to travel 15% to facilities.
