Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Busy well established Oral Surgery Office looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice.

1. Greeting patients as they arrive

2. Answering the phones, scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals and checking co-payments and presenting treatment plans to patients.

3. Excellent phone and in person communication skills. Organization time management andmultitaking abilities.

4. Computer literacy in basic applications, like email and Microsoft office

5. Dental and medical hospitality, (customer service) industry and Win OMS experience a plus in addition to proficiency with outlook and MIcrosoft access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
