We are looking to add a certified superstar to our team working as a Senior Analyst, Warranty Administrator for the Product Support department within Collins Aerospace (a Raytheon Technologies Company). We are excited to expand our level of support for our internal and external customers all over the world.

This is an onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is not eligible for relocation benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Autonomously oversees accurate entry, time-efficient processing, and appropriate follow-up of warranty orders within our Claims Management Portal (CMP) and/or JDE and effectively communicates status reports across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to requests for information and actions in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the entry of Warranty credits in CMP, submit all credit requests to the appropriate finance department and follow up with the returned credit to your Customer managers.
  • Provides order status updates and part shipment tracking information upon request.
  • Collaborate with procurement and shipping team to meet the needs of our engineers and managers and every level of management across the organization.
  • Actively prepare and engage in requested meetings.
  • Manage special projects or supports process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the shipping department as needed.
  • Other job duties as required.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.6

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Employee Referral Eligible
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
