- Design, develop, manage, and sustain mathematical models to build data driven decision making supply chain processes with the goal of optimizing existing manual processes and improving key supply chain metrics such as OTIF (On-time in full), in-stock, Weeks of Supply and Inventory flow/levels.
- Utilize R/Python or other open-source tools to create automated workflows which http://sharepoint/Workplaces/HR/_layouts/viewlsts.aspx?BaseType=0incorporate multiple SQL or manual data sources into a comprehensive data model.
- Develop and manage PowerBI dashboards to provide Supply Planners and Supply Planning leadership better visibility and standardized/cleansed data.
- Provide insights to Supply Planning team on process improvement opportunities with the goal of driving best in class in-stock levels, OTIF and other key supply chain metrics.
- Liaise with multiple cross functional partners such as Logistics, IT, and others to ensure the delivery of solutions which meet the requirements of all relevant teams.
- Support the continuous improvement and implementation of new supply chain processes and procedures.

- Demonstrated skill in advanced data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
- Minimum 2-3 years successful experience as a Supply Planning Analyst or related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- High proficiency level in MS Excel and Power BI (or similar reporting tools, and comfortable with synthesizing large datasets for defining purposeful messaging and insights.
- Advanced level of knowledge and understanding of relational database skills (Access, SQL Server, etc.) and experience writing Complex SQL queries to pull large sets of data, performing analysis using SQL queries
- Very proficient in using programming languages like R, Python to build and develop analytical models/processes.
- Must be well versed with supply chain processes, Inventory strategy including safety stock models and stocking /replenishment policies.
