Gallo, Chester County Operations is hiring a Senior Analyst for our Supply Planning team! Come help us Serve Joy!

Job Overview:

• Monday - Friday work week
• As an Analyst 3-Supply Planning-CCO, you will be responsible for the planning process in order to ensure a balance of stability and responsiveness. You will lead problem solving, and decision-making functions as outlined by line operating strategies when creating the production plan and schedule for all finished goods SKU’s associated with each resource. Additionally, you will maintain an ongoing focus on stability, service, inventory, and cost when developing the execution of planning strategies. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains, enforces, and recommends changes to Line Operating Strategies.
• Ensures prompt analysis and decision making to resolve issues as outlined by exception messages.
• Analyzes, engages in problem solving, and decision-making as outlined by the line operating strategies; creates the production plan for all finished goods SKU’s associated with each resource.
• Monitors the finished goods planning, scheduling and deployment strategies; makes recommendations to ensure they enable the Business Unit to achieve its specific goals and objectives.
• Develops production and deployment plans as a result of input including forecast, inventory, capacity, materials, lead times, and service objectives.
• Participates in the supply portion of the Sales & Operations Planning process; effectively communicates and facilitates the cross-functional decision-making process when addressing gaps/risks to plan over a planning horizon.
• Identifies out-of-tolerance measures and presents recommendations to mitigate.
• Approves timing and schedules all production testing for assigned resources.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, 3 of which must include TMDP/OMDP experience.

• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $81,190 - $120,330
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
