Job description

We are seeking an experienced GTM Business Analyst to accelerate revenue growth and customer expansion to adopt our embedded automated bill payment and credit card capabilities for our flag-ship financial solution, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to deliver objective analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. They will partner closely with stakeholders from across the business to develop and refine our Go To Market strategy and drive key strategic and operational process and product improvements. They should be an analytical and innovative thinker to raise the bar on how we delight our customers with new fintech offerings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify the right customers to target to accelerate revenue growth and adoption of procure to pay processing methods.

  • Define data driven strategy for the growth of payment streams within the product, infusing trends, and customer feedback.

  • Measure and drive key product KPIs - Growth across Adoption, Usage, Revenue, Vendor Reach, etc.

  • Engages customers (and prospects), understand their needs, and provide feedback to the Business (PM and PMK).

  • Understands the market, competitors, trends, and placement of the product - using data to inform necessary actions to accelerate growth.

  • Product optimization - Use data and feedback to improve product, making it more valuable to users.

  • Partner with engineering, user experience, and partner teams to source the right data to keep current, synthesize, and make informed decisions.

  • Work closely with leadership to guide and assist in understanding business challenges, defining the questions to be answered and then conducting analysis to answer questions and create recommendations.

  • Develop a framework to scale revenue growth and customer adoption.

What we'd like you to have:

  • 5+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MixPanel, Qlik, Alteryx, etc.) and SQL databases.

  • 3+ years experience with payment processing and payment integration to Enterprise Resource Plannings.

  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role within product, customer success or product marketing

  • Experience solving reporting or data gaps and collaborating with various teams to ensure robust and reliable reporting.

  • Knowledge of procure to pay workflows and/or non-profit accounting processes and procedures.

  • Adept at working across matrixed environments, including external partners and vendors.

  • Ability to demonstrate ROI of new technology to power sponsors, power users, and prospects.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and derive insights to enhance our product (Strong analytical skills).

  • Ability to adapt to changing technology advancements, and evolving trends

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
