Summary:
The Senior All-Source Analyst will support the Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command (JICSOC) located at the United States Special Operations Command (HQ USSOCOM) in MacDill AFB, FL. This effort will provide Predictive Analysis, Social-Cultural Analysis (SCA) and Analytical Support to the Headquarters (HQ), Components, TSOCs, and deployed Special Operations Forces (SOF) in order to inform USSOCOM leadership of complex analysis related to USSOCOM intelligence enterprise and in support of Geographical Combatant Commands (GCC).
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.
- Direct all source analyst tasking and coordination efforts in support of the fused production process.
- Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
- Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
- Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.
- Analyst shall produce 4 acceptable products per month as deemed by JIC reviewers.
- PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of 6 acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC reviewers.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of intelligence tradecraft and analytical methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in a national security or equivalent field or 5+ years on a PAS OR HQ SCA team.
- Minimum 10 years’ intelligence experience in IC or DoD.
- Minimum 8 years IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
- Minimum 10 years intelligence experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in a DOD setting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
- Minimum 1 year experience using ArcGIS.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience utilizing Intelligence Community databases and software.
- Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Must have valid US Passport.
- Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations.
