Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert-level All-Source Analyst (Regional Issues) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:

• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.

• Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan).

• All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas: Political/Military, Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, with a geographic focus on transnational issues.

• Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

• Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.

• Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher).

Required Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
