Job Purpose: Onsite All-Source Intelligence Analyst needed to support DoD contract in Tampa, FL.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.
- Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
- Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
- Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDRs) or identify alternate sources to garner information.
- Produce 4 acceptable products per month as deemed by JIC reviewers.
- PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of 6 acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC reviewers.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in national security or an equivalent field from an accredited college or university, or 5+ years on a PAS or HQ Social-Cultural Analyst (SCA) team in lieu of degree requirements
- 5 years' intelligence experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD
- 4 years IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs)
- 5 years intelligence experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in a DOD setting
- 2 years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
- 1 year experience using ArcGIS
- 3 years' experience utilizing Intelligence Community databases and software
- Must have valid US Passport
- Must be willing to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations for short TDY durations, as required.
- Current US Government TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Willingness to work on-site in Tampa, FL
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- This is a customer-facing position representing FRDA to client employees. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
- A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands
- Technical savvy is a must. Ability to use FRDA and client IT systems is required.
