- Coordinate Walmart International customer and food and beverage field joint business planning calls and meetings across Latin America, Asia, Africa, Canada (12 markets, 24 businesses)
- Coordinate the food and beverage bottler field team call scheduling, for both monthly scorecard calls across Latin America, Asia, Africa, Canada (12 markets, 24 businesses)
- Coordinate Walmart International HQ customer call and meeting scheduling.
- Coordinate AOP meeting/calls with Global Food and Beverage brand teams and sector commercial teams.
- Coordinate field omni channel growth acceleration SLAM scheduling across Latin America, Asia, Africa, Canada (12 markets, 24 businesses).
- Support Development of Walmart International sales decks, food and beverage field team training decks and communications.
- Manage the PEP Walmart International Microsoft Teams platform, creating digital files and ensuring field teams get access to all customer documents in support of customer projects.
- Update all field Walmart International field team wiring/org charts, both food and beverage bottlers.
- Coordinate all team travel arrangements, proactively ensuring travel arrangements to Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa , including the sourcing of travel visas/documents.
- Support international Travel expense reporting and timely submissions.
- Coordinate team physical meetings, securing space as needed in PEP HQ , PEP international field offices.
- Coordinate creation of annual food and beverage field team awards and ensure distribution.
- Support PEP Consumer Goods Forum call scheduling and international meeting planning and execution support, including PEP executive leadership meeting support (liaison with PEP Office of CEO)
- Manage the PEP Consumer Goods Forum Microsoft Teams platform, creating digital files and ensuring PEP subject matter experts provide and have access to their Consumer Goods Forum projects
- Pay, record, and reconcile invoices via SAP and track invoices to ensure timely processing, including global payments related to PEP’s Walmart International and Consumer Goods Forum engagement. Reconcile and submit P-Card charges.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $83,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

- At least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant to an executive
- Minimum 2 years Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with great attention to details while managing multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross culturally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SAP and Adobe Pro
- Knowledge of PepsiCo Systems preferred (Concur T&E, MyHR, SAP); Willingness to learn new software as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred (to work with field teams in Latin America)
