What a Typical Day Could Look Like
Life as a Senior Administrative Assistant is a challenging blend of creative problem-solving and detailed administrative execution. The daily support you provide to your leader allows them to engage with the organization's business and financial goals on a higher level. Utilize your aptitude for strong customer service and confidential discretion in an exciting, ever-changing environment.
- You are the Organizational Expert!
- Responsible for the preparation, reconciliation, review, and submittal of your leader's expense reports monthly.
- Organize and manage internal events that promote the Kairoi culture and teambuilding, and track any data relating to the success or expense of the event.
- Assist your leader in the preparation of reports, analytics, spreadsheets, and data gathering.
- You are the Champion of Coordination!
- You will have the opportunity to proactively manage the calendar and scheduling for your leader.
- This includes travel arrangements for airfare, hotels, transportation, and reservations.
- Coordinate contracts and signatures and ensure that all are delivered promptly.

- You will be the first point of contact with department leaders, executive team members, customers, clients, and vendors as it relates to communication with your direct leader.
- This will include phone calls, emails, google meetings, and in-person visits.
- Work with the Operations Coordinator to create a remarkable office environment by assisting with office management responsibilities.
- Work with various accounting, human resource, technology services, software services, and project management departments to track budgets and ensure initiatives meet budget criteria.
- You will be the first point of contact with department leaders, executive team members, customers, clients, and vendors as it relates to communication with your direct leader.

- A minimum of 4-5 years of related experience is required. A history in the multifamily industry is highly preferred.
- We value education! Therefore, an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, two or three years of related training, or a combination of education and experience is highly desirable.
