Job Duties

• Under general supervision applies knowledge of the Company's financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Performs complex account reconciliations and associated analysis.
• Understands organizational structure and the core businesses of the Company.
• Reviews and monitors financial transactions.
• Researches and resolves accounting issues.
• Prepares, analyzes and distributes financial results including variance explanations.
• Meets deadlines and works well under pressure to produce accurate results.
• Performs financial analysis and reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly reporting of earnings release and SEC filings.
• Assist with Government Surveys.
• Participates in multi-functional teams and develops basic project management skills.

Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
• CPA, or working toward certification.
• Experience/knowledge of SAP and Hyperion systems not required but a plus.
• Skill sets required are analytical, detailed, organized, timely, and excellent verbal and written communication.
