Job Description:

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our security operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement:

• Cultivating positive relationships with clients to address security needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Guard Scheduling:

• Developing and maintaining accurate schedules for security guards to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Payroll/Invoicing:

• Conducting audits of payroll and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Guard Tracking Software:

• Managing guard tracking software to monitor employee activities and ensure compliance with company protocols.

Supervisory Support to Security Officers:

• Providing guidance, support, and training to security officers to uphold company standards and address performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing security operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience and understanding of security operations.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
