Security Field Supervisor

Morrison Security is looking for the right candidate to join our team, who is driven to work towards advancement in our Operations Division. The candidate must be able to commit to working 40-56 hours per week, this includes weekends and holidays. Candidate must be able to multitask and handle many facets of operations, as well as be available to be on call. Operations is a 24/7 commitment. We are willing to train qualified and driven candidates for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAIN FUNCTION: Supervise the after-hours operations. This includes:

* Responding to designated operational issues for all assigned client site facilities.

* Reporting all operational matters directly to the Operations Manager, as well as other Field team members

* Ensuring quality service to all client sites.

* Improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.

* Be effective in achieving operational goals and provide excellent customer service.

* Ensure all required reporting and contractual compliance requirements are met.

* Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.

* Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition).

* Conduct site-specific training for staff per designated Post Order Instructions.

* Review all paperwork: incident reports, DAR’s etc. prior to submitting to clients and report all pertinent information to the Operations Manager.

* Enforce and train operational procedures to all staff assigned at client job sites.

* Understand the specific and general post instructions for all assigned posts, as well as be able to successfully enforce the performance at client sites of the Post Order Instructions.

* Ensure that all assigned officers are prepared for duty: license checks and site training.

* Effectively utilize and train staff to access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.

* Monitor security cameras that are within the facilities as applicable.

* Respond and report to all emergency incidents.

* Conduct general patrols of the client properties during various hours, if required, including and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.

* Ability to stand/sit/walk and Drive for extended periods of time.

* Fill all call offs, replace non-performing employees and schedule the replacements.

* Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment.

* Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must have ability to commit to working 40-56 hours per week – overnights and weekends REQUIRED.

* Must have a clean driving record and proof of insurance

* Must have VALID PILB Card.

* Must have ACTIVE Armed Guard Card

* Must be able to take exact direction from the Operations Manager

* Must have 2 years experience working in the Operations Field
