Job Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Brownsville, TX, for a contract position. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students and clients, providing evidence-based behavior analysis services and making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement behavior analysis techniques and interventions.
- Provide training and support to school staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Texas state licensure as a BCBA.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Brownsville, TX.
