Description:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborating with educators and families to address students needs
• Develop and implement programs to promote a positive school environment
• Conduct assessments and provide intervention strategies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work
• State certification/licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Skills:

• Clear and effective communication
• Conduct assessments to understand students needs, identify challenges, and develop plan
• Ability to assess complex situations, analyze problems and develop strategies and solutions to address them
• Understand and relate to students experience an emotions
