Job Description:
- Start ASAP until end of school year (1st week in June)
- LCCC Life Skills Class - one class
- 14students age 18-21
- students are there 8-2:30
- attendance at IEP meetings if possible, otherwise give input to teacher and write PLEP/Goals/SDI for SSW into IEP
- Social Work sessions - group or individual
- Students are diagnosed Autism; SLD; OHI; ID - no significant behaviors
- SSW Cert/license required
- Paras in classroom for support but not in session
