```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
