Position Overview: As a Contract Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic therapy team, providing high-quality care to student with diverse needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals while enjoying the flexibility of a contract role. Your expertise in occupational therapy will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide client-centered occupational therapy services with a focus on improving functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, IEPS and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated mitment to ongoing professional development.
