Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator for the Tracy Anderson Method team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and an overall positive experience for all private training clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Organization and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly studio schedules, both class / custom instruction and private training
- Uphold current scheduling guidelines and standards set by TA Method
- Liaison between private training clients, studio management, and head trainer
- Ensure client retention in Private Training Program through regular follow up contact, tracking and member appreciation.
- Immediate communication and follow up for all private training scheduling inquiries and client needs.
- Actively manage all private training frequency and engagement
- Direct communication and follow up with all training staff, staying current on weekly availability and injuries.
- Create frequent in-studio opportunities for direct social interaction with member / client base.
- Partnering with studio management for session / class coverage and approvals, specifically when handling last minute schedule changes
- Performance of all duties listed in Desk Reception job description, as needed, with focus on customer satisfaction and positive client relationships.
- Reports to Scheduling Manager
Core Competencies
- Ability to handle a high volume of email and simultaneous projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented work groups.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Education and Experience
- Prior experience in customer service and/ or sales role, preferably within retail, hospitality or boutique fitness environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior dance experience a plus
- Mind Body software experience a plus
- Comfort navigating a schedule with occasional long hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Work Environment
This position will take place in studios at our 59th street and Tribeca locations.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Monday to Friday along with weekends as needed.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
