Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rental Property Scheduler to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our rental properties.

Job Description:
As a Rental Property Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating property showings to a potential future tenats to ensure that our rental properties are effectively managed and maintained. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule property showings for prospective tenants, coordinating with leasing agents and property owners to arrange convenient appointment times
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants and property management team members
• Communicate with tenants, property owners and ensure all parties are informed of upcoming appointments
• Maintain accurate records of appointment schedules, including property showings, Showing feedbacks, Applications received and approved applications.
• Assist with coordinating property turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and key exchanges
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns related to appointment scheduling
• Collaborate with leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance staff to optimize appointment scheduling and property management processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or property management preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to interact professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
