Scheduling Coordinator
Summary/Objective
The Scheduling Coordinator facilitates the logistics of all training personnel and ensures Operator Qualification submissions occur timely and accurately. This role also assists with equipment rental and supports other office and field roles as required.
Essential Functions

· Plans and communicates travel arrangements for training staff during off-site training sessions
· Ensures travel arrangement expenses are completed
· Tracks training credentials for clients and ensures they are entered in third-party platforms accurately and timely
· Educates and troubleshoots Operator Qualification issues for clients and staff
· Performs bump tests, calibration, and other routine maintenance and repairs on benzene, four-gas, and other personal monitors
· Proactively seeks to improve customer services and actively seeks new areas of growth for the business
· Cleans and replenishes supplies in common areas including training classrooms and break areas
· Professionally interacts with other employees, customers, and suppliers
· Works effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
· Maintains the ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
· Perform additional duties as requested by Management.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including copy machines, video projectors, and printers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This employee is expected to work 8 hours per day. Overtime may occasionally be required.
Travel
This position requires minimal travel, up to 10%.
Required Education and Experience
· HS Diploma
· Moderate level of computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
· Ability to learn new skills within a time limit set by management
· Familiarity with Veriforce training requirements
Preferred Education and Experience
Two years’ experience in personal monitor repair
