Front Desk Concierge Responsibilities:

• Welcome all patients and visitors to our practice
• Engage and interact with patients and visitors to be “the best part of their day”
• Answer the phone with a smile
• Take payments and post charges to patient accounts
• Update patient information
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits

Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; minimum of one year in customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Naturally positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and bubbly personality
