We are currently growing and have an opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator to assist our operations team with scheduling, and other assigned responsibilities. Please read the entire description and include a cover letter with your application and resume.
Our company compensation package includes:
- Base salary- starts at $35,000 to $62,000 based off experience
- Discretionary monthly performance-based bonus (if profits are met)

Primary Duties:
- Schedules and maintains a current schedule for all MGS jobs.
- Coordinates the schedule for 3rd party vendors such as: pool, gas and electric.
- Maintains communication with coordinator and project managers through the projects.
- Monitor daily production forecast and reports to accounting for invoicing purpose.
- Reviews and creates Job Packages before scheduling - Job Planner, Purchase Orders, copy of final design, Extra planners for Subs and crew (and one for file with Sub Bids on them).
- Pull Permits as required immediately upon contract approval.
- Schedule Delivery & Pick Up of PortaJon and Dumpsters as needed.
- Submits time for the inhouse crew/ subcontractors/drivers to accounting on a weekly basis.
- Sets up all pre-walk, kick off meeting for operations and sales.
- Attends weekly sales meetings.
- Attends monthly operation meetings.
- Invite clients to BT and send instructions.
- Calls in ULOCO and send client reminder.
- Routes in house drivers.
- Assist with warranty schedule and communication as needed.
- Represent Company well through appearance and actions.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Follow the core values of MetroGreenscape.
- Wear company apparel during the hours of business operation.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in landscape or outdoor living construction is a PLUS.
- 3-5 years of experience focused on landscape/construction.
- Excellent communication skills- oral, written, and via email.
- Strong organization skills
- Well-versed and fluid with spreadsheets, especially Excel.
- Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
- Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding requirements and expectations.
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR/Background and Drug screening.
