Established dental practice in Middleburg, VA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to become part of our patient oriented team. Scheduling coordinators should be well organized, with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of dental experience, maintain a teamwork approach to everyday tasks, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent communication skills.

As the first point of contact with our patients, you’ll be an important member of the office. You’ll help our patients feel welcome and supported, whether they are coming in for treatment, or calling to schedule an appointment.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications:

· At least one year dental work experience

· Knowledge of dental terminology

· Strong customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Establishing and maintaining patient communication

· Managing and scheduling patient appointments

· Responding to new patient requests

· Responding to existing patient communications

· Minimizing no shows and cancellations

· Being familiar with practice services and fees

· Support the back office, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
