Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator

DMV Restorations, Inc. is looking for a responsible Scheduling Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Scheduling Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company’s general office activities.

Job responsibilities:

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
• Schedule, Dispatch, and take calls;
• Assign and distribute work orders;
• Daily follow-up with contractors;
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
• Update and maintain office documents which include but not limited to contractor and vendor contacts, lease documents, and service reports;
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 3 years Scheduling/Dispatching experience
• CRM software experience is a plus!
• Working knowledge of office equipment (copier/printer, computer, etc.);
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
• Ability to prioritize work;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)!

• High School Degree or Equivalent

Pay: $36,800.00 - $42,000.00 per year
