Scheduler and Administrator - HYBRID ROLE
Our team is seeking a Scheduler/Administrator to manage the schedules and admin tasks related to all 200+ providers that we employ across the state. We need a highly organized and efficient individual that’s comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the entire clinical department of our ABA services company: including BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and Paraprofessionals
- Coordinate with clinical staff, operations teams, and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling of our providers
- Communicate with providers regarding shift details, client changes and assignments - and make changes efficiently while keeping a positive provider experience
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled changes, providers and client information
- Manage administrative and office-related tasks, including invoices, authorizations, technology management, and more
Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative role
- Familiarity with electronic, clinical scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and schedules
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to/from and work in-person at least 3 days a week at our office near Westwood in Los Angeles
- Must be available 9-5 PST Monday - Friday
