A minimum of 2 years of a la carte upscale dining experience is preferred but not required to be considered. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. We have part time and full time schedules available.
RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and make them feel welcome.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all wines, cocktails, liquor & beer selections on the menu.
- Maintain bar and dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
- Complete open side work and closing side work as directed by Restaurant/Bar Management, including but not limit to cleaning the bar and securing all alcoholic product
- Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes accurately and efficiently; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary
- Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
- Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
- Help guests make menu selections, upselling, and introducing daily specials on the cocktail and specials menu.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Provide exceptional service from start to finish.
- Prepare checks, and collect payment.
- Communicate promptly any guest issues to appropriate manager on duty
- Complete all assigned daily side work including any special responsibilities
- Maintain work area. Clean and restock service items according to established restaurant standards
- Clean menu covers, and maintain professional appearance of the area
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- food and beverage service experience in full service restaurant preferred
- Adequate food and wine knowledge
- Working knowledge of POS
- Must have the ability to suggestively up sell our specials
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Team oriented
- Must be able to read and effectively communicate in English.
- Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends and holidays.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
