Typical Responsibilities!
- Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day
- Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable caregivers
- Maintain accurate records in our software system
- Problem solve client and caregiver issues in a professional and timely manner
- Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system
- Schedule: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
