• You have at least 1 year of Experience in Scheduling, Coordinating, Admin, Customer Service?
• You have a history of consistent employment for at least 2 years with a previous employer?
• You have Computer Experience and Skills with Microsoft Office?
• You are Outgoing and Enjoy Answering Phone Calls?
• You are willing to cross-train in other departments in the company?
• You have at least a high school degree or equivalent?
• You have a valid D.L. & vehicle with insurance?

Your Responsibilities!

• Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day
• Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable caregivers
• Maintain accurate records in our software system
• Problem solve client and caregiver issues in a professional and timely manner
• Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system
• Schedule: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
