We're actively seeking candidates in the Albuquerque area for a part-time evening scheduler position, from 2-8 pm, with the potential to transition to full-time. This vital role is based in our welcoming Albuquerque clinic, offering a chance to work closely with our team and clients.

Position Overview: In-Clinic ABA Therapy Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and facilitate the signing in/out process.
• Efficiently manage daily and shift-based scheduling of clinical staff to ensure optimal client support.
• Handle scheduling communications, including emails and voicemails, to manage therapy cancellations and schedule adjustments.
• Proactively adjust schedules for Behavior Technicians in response to client cancellations, ensuring seamless coverage and maximization of billable hours.
• Facilitate clear communication regarding schedule changes between families and our clinical team.
• Oversee both planned and unplanned staff absences to maintain necessary coverage.
• Employ strategic thinking to minimize staff cancellations and enhance service completion rates.
• Regularly update master schedules to reflect staff changes, including new hires, terminations, and shifts in availability.
• Input and manage schedule modifications in Theralytics (our practice management software).
• Serve as a reliable resource for staff regarding scheduling inquiries.
• Undertake various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• At least one year of experience in administrative roles, specifically in scheduling.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software platforms is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• A self-starter who is proactive and can independently initiate tasks.
• Effective time management skills, with a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
• Solid decision-making capabilities.
