- If you're the Scheduling Coordinator, we're expecting you to be proactive, adaptable, and a team player
- You'll excel in being detail oriented and will be great at organizing multiple systems in your department
- You would describe yourself as friendly, extroverted, humbly confident, and someone who goes the extra mile and can be counted on by the rest of your team
- You'll love to follow systems and show great initiative in coming up with solutions
- In this role, you will take responsibility for front line administration, supporting the Doctor, and creating relationships with our patients in order to facilitate their best care
- You'll have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, have proficient computer and telephone skills, and be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
