Chairside Scheduler

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 30+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Ideak Dental Lab in Albuquerque, NM for a Full-Time Chairside Scheduler.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Correctly use the phone system.
• Perform basic secretarial duties.
• Daily Pick Up and sorting of mail from FedEx/UPS facility in company vehicle.
• Greet laboratory visitors.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery request.
• Utilize and operate case tracking software.
• Change codes, dates or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments.
• Schedule appointments for accounts with chairside personnel.
• Disinfecting incoming cases.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Personable individual with good oral communication skills
• Data entry and computer skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Must have a valid Driver License
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service focused

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods of time.
