General Job Description:
Responsible for managing the SBA Loan Portfolio including origination and servicing withing guidelines established by the Bank and the U.S. Small Business Administration as well as managing.
Key Duties:
- Manage SBA Loan portfolio to minimize risk and maximize profit.
- Manage SBA loan underwriting, servicing and origination.
- Establishing relationships with business brokers, loan brokers, CAPs, real estate agents and other referral sources to market SBA Loans
- Oversee the sale of the SBA guarantee portion of loans to the secondary market
- Obtaining approval from the SBA for PLP expansion into new areas.
- Comply with the bank's established loan policies & procedures and SBA Guidelines & eligibilities
- Reviewing files in preparation for external, internal, and SBA PLP auditors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
