What you will be doing:

• Perform quality control reviews on recently closed loans to ensure documentation is complete and terms meet approved JOVIA policies, procedures, and criteria.
• Analyze the loan terms and regulatory reporting requirements; structure and maintain the loan set up in the system accordingly.
• Communicate and resolve any exceptions with the Manager and Department Head.
• Monitor and manage assigned portfolio of most complex Commercial Loans.
• Independently develop and design simple to complex query reports and analyze results and reports.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing each report to make sure the data is correct and complete.
• Responsible for oversight and review of system generated 1098 interest statements, annual escrow analysis statements and monthly billing statements.
• Monitor upcoming Rate Resets and Loan Maturities to both effectively communicate the upcoming benchmark to Borrowers and follow up until the Rate Reset or Maturity reaches resolution.  Establish parallel monitoring processes and controls to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage the approval of and facilitate the daily or more frequent borrowing requests for construction loans and lines of credit.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fiserv DNA Servicing System proficiency preferred.
• Minimum three years in servicing Commercial Loans.
• Computer skills in MS Word and Excel required.
• Must have strong math and analytical skills, as well as business and professional writing skills, and be conversant with all applicable laws and regulations, and commercial closing procedures.
• Must incorporate time management skills and maintain required performance expectations.
• Must be flexible and realize that working hours are subject to change.
•  Estimated salary range for this position - $69,000-$81,000

• Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
• All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset).
