SAP Fieldglass Test Lead (Remote)
Onsite Location: Pleasanton, CA - With travel to client location on a need basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Proven experience as a SAP Fieldglass QA engineer or a similar role with minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience with total IT experience in the 8 – 10 years range
Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass functionalities, configuration, modules (SOW, Profile Worker, Staff Aug), reports, upload and download connectors
Proficient in testing tools such as qTEST, JIRA or similar
Good to have hands on experience with test automation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast past environment with parallel projects
Certification or learnings (online, self-paced or instructor led) on SAP Fieldglass are good to have
Knowledge on contingent worker timesheets and invoicing is good to have
Proficiency with any HCM ERP suites linked to SAP Fieldglass in an integrated environment
Must have knowledge in writing SQL queries
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for SAP Fieldglass post implementation support, major and minor releases.
Conduct functional, integration and regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the implemented modules along with data and transactional consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product teams, project and program managers to resolve issues
Create and maintain documentation related to testing procedures, test results, and defects in JIRA and qTest
Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews
Ensure latest SAP Fieldglass features, enhancements and incorporated in the test suite.
Assist in deployment and post deployment activities for new changes and enhancements
Load setup data and create plans for pre and post test environment conversion activities
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 4/30/24
The annual salary for this position is between $115,000/- to $126,000/-, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
