What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Fire Life Safety Testing and low voltage systems.
• Los Angeles Chief's Regulation 4 Certificate of Fitness (in one or more categories).
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid California Driver's License with proof of auto insurance are required.
• Strong leadership skills: Motivate and guide your team for optimal performance.
• Exceptional communication: Clearly communicate with technicians, facility personnel, and subcontractors.
• Time management expertise: Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Technical proficiency: Possess a deep understanding of fire alarm systems, testing procedures, and documentation standards.
• Commitment to safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed).
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure accurate documentation.

The base hourly range for this full-time position is $35.00 - 52.00 plus benefits. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all California locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
