Tech Lead - Salesforce Automated Testing

In this vital role you will champion the team's mission to empower enterprise Salesforce customers with leading Test Automation tooling and processes, ensuring that the culture of quality and efficiency in Salesforce development is deeply embedded in the product strategy.
This role will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, frequently engaging with Executives of the DTI organization, excellent communication skills are critical.
Core responsibilities of this role include:Leading technology teams to best use Automated Testing tools.
Collecting feedback and managing the roadmap based on feedback and Amgen's needs.
Leading the change to enable productivity by leveraging Automated Testing tools.
Staying abreast of advancements in Automated Testing technologies and methodologies.
Prioritize and maintain the platform team backlog to reflect customer needs and enterprise objectives.
Cultivate a product strategy that emphasizes reusability, scalability, and adaptability of testing tools.
Be a leader in SAFe Agile framework, lead the product teams to adhere to the SAFe Agile principles.
Develop standards and operational procedures for handling operations and issue management.
Assessment of new/innovative ideas and development of business case with ROI for new service or technical improvements.
Ability of applying AI/ML based solutions to increase productivity and to accelerate time to value for technology teams.

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degreeOR
Masters degree and 2 years of MDM experience
OrBachelors degree and 4 years of MDM experience
OrAssociates degree and 8 years of MDM experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 10 years of MDM experience
Preferred Qualifications:1-2 years experience in Product Development, preferably within a Salesforce environment.
Hands-on experience with Copado solutions, especially Copado Robotic Testing.
Proven expertise in cloud-based computing environments and services.
Familiarity with managing concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Experience working within an Agile framework, with SAFe certification highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including development and testing practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with partners across various regions and functions.
Experience implementing and leading Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, data structures & algorithms
Proven ability delivering IS products through Agile methodologies, strong SAFe agile experience!
Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, identify strategic options and trade-offs.
Excellent oral/written communications skills and interpersonal skills.
Vendor leadership skills, working with suppliers to align to the GCO DTI priorities!

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
