Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday HRIS configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to optimize efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with Workday and internal teams to resolve issues effectively and ensure alignment of testing efforts with project milestones.
- Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HRIS processes.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reporting. Present test results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years in experience in managing a large scale Workday Testing program during the implementation
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have in-depth knowledge of core modules configuration and reporting tools (Core HCM, Security, Advance Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding and Talent & Performance)
- Proven experience in testing Workday HRIS modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams
- Experience with Kainos Testing tool
- Workday Certifications is a plus
