Salon Receptionist

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient salon experience for our clients. Duties:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our salon software
- Provide accurate information about salon services, pricing, and availability
- Upsell salon products and retail items to clients
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist stylists with stocking inventory and maintaining salon supplies

-Cosmetology license preferred. But if you're a student in cosmetology that will be licensed soon. This is a great opportunity for you!

-Will have free training to get ready to build your clientele

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math principles for upselling products
- Experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or electronics industry, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
