Job description

Kantata Product Owner/Administrator During initial implementation, the Kantata Product Owner will provide day to day support related to the Kanata configuration and Salesforce integration. After go-live, the Product Owner will act as the Kantata Administrator and other integration efforts for the Kantata implementation within our Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a record of success in implementations of Kantata, or other Resource Management applications into the Salesforce platform.

The Administrator will work alongside the Architect as the Subject Matter Experts related to NTT DATA's resource management processes, and ensure the Kantata platform, as well as the related integrations, are configured to support them. Responsibilities: Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to the Kantata platform and NTT DATA's business processes leveraging Kantata, Responsible for analyzing data model and object configuration for Kantata platform and map it with Salesforce platform. Analysis and review of object field level mapping with custom and standard functionality, Responsible for reviewing data migration plan and perform data loading within salesforce platform.

Responsible for ensuring documentation and adherence to the business processes, data flows, configurations and integrations related to the use of the Kantata platform, Learn options for configuration and ongoing maintenance of the system, and how to set up all database objects to get the required reporting from the system, Maintain operating efficiency and stability, ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data, and respond to outages and other issues, Work with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of future enhancement and releases of Kantata in coordination with Salesforce release calendar, Executes ongoing maintenance, evaluates requirements, and configures Kantata to meet evolving business needs, Provides support to both business users and technical personnel on the proper use of Kantata relative to their needs, Coordinate work across business SMEs, implementation team members, and stakeholders, Work closely with Project Manager to maintain detailed project plan and deliverables, Supports all system administration activities in Kantata. (Maintaining resources, business units, calendars, rate cards etc.), Troubleshoots any issues, gather diagnostics, and interacts with Kantata support team, Participate in change control process and best practices in regard to configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc., Participate in UAT cycle, ensuring the functionality built is thoroughly tested and defects addressed, Utilize Best Practices to manage Salesforce.com data loads, feeds, and other integrations, Analyze business processes and system administration change requests from different departments and evaluates companywide impact, Document, Document, Document Skills Required: A positive attitude Outstanding organizational skills, especially with the ability to prioritize. Excellent project management skills A demonstrated ability to move quickly Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle simultaneous requests, and manage both laterally and upwards Strong experience with by Agile and Scrum elements Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Experience Required: Minimum five years of experience in Resource Management application Proven successful implementation of Kantata, or other resource management application into Salesforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com security model including sharing settings. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Experience with data loading in salesforce using data loader, workbench, data migration tools.

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom lightning apps, objects, formula fields, lightning flows, dynamic forms, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. Strong data management abilities Excellent communication skills, at all levels of the organization A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Experience with user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Permissions, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).

Experience Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Saleforce.com Certified Admin certification Saleforce.com Advanced Admin (ADM211) certification Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Platform Developer certifications Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.
