Job Duties: Serve as IT Product Analyst for HPT Manufacturing Squad and Product Owner for IT products and solutions for the Ethicon Cornelia and Athens Manufacturing sites. Responsible for technology strategy, reliability, and performance of the plant Eco-system products supporting GXP manufacturing environment. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of successful products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and JJT (Johnson and Johnson Technology) MAKE vision. Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, driving the development and prioritization of enhancement to maximize value and ensure smooth operation and optimization. Apply agile methodologies to manage product development, prioritize tasks, and facilitate efficient delivery within established timelines. Define and track key product metrics, conduct data analysis to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide clear product requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Lead all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and associated investments, including external manufacturing for JJT. Drive reliability of the product ecosystem through ALM/TLM programs and implement cybersecurity mitigations to ensure data and system security. Ownership of Cost-to-Deliver, Product End-to-End Lifecycle, and Total Cost of Ownership, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimization throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure that the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business / Group needs. Track metrics and build reports to measure progress. Ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date.
Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a JJT BT Make Product Owner-related occupation.
