Our leading communication tech client is hiring a Renewal Opportunity Assistant who is experienced with Salesforce opportunity management.The ideal candidate has been a Salesforce user and understands how salesforce opportunities are built, will have a desire and the ability to learn and understand the business, has experience with a subscription type business and is very detail oriented.This role will directly impact on the numbers that are seen on reports that executives use to make important business decisions.

Job overview:

• Initial and continued clean up data in Salesforce.
• Continued maintenance until SFDC systems for renewals can be improved.
• Monitor & review the following opportunity fields for accuracy on a consistent basis to allow our teams to access reliable, live data on retention numbers.
• Opportunity Type
• Finance Type
• CS Band Crediting
• CS RM Crediting
• Ops Omit (TBD)
• Monitor and review accounts with multiple renewal opportunities within the same UFR year.
• Identify opportunities to omit from retention reporting (revived churns, duplicates, etc).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Opportunity Management.
• Able to work without much oversight after a quick initial training.
• Diligent and detail oriented
• Experience with a subscription type business is a plus.
• The ability to learn and understand the business and how salesforce opportunities are built.
• Experience with data accuracy
