Stuckey Automotive is looking for the next motivated candidate with passion, drive, energy, and extreme ownership while leading the Stuckey Automotive Sales Department and provide the highest level of customer service throughout the whole selling process.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Step in to answer customer questions and issues when needed
- Assist in building customer relationships and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
- Appraise customer trade-in vehicles
- Report sales of both new and certified pre-owned units
- Assist in managing and building a social media presence
- Structure and secure financing deals for customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms with lenders to maximize approval rates and profitability.
- Educate customers on available financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Ensure the timely funding of all auto loans
- Report to Lead Sales Manager
Work Experience Requirements
- Proven track record in sales is a must.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager
- Proven success in automotive sales
- Ability to manage employees and maintain quality standards on services offered
Must have a Valid Driver's License
