We are seeking an energized Finance Sales Manager with Healthcare Finance experience in our Midwest Zone (covering South TX, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi) to focus on driving sales growth, acquiring new customers and increasing customer satisfaction for Siemens Financial Services (Commercial Finance Division).

In this role, you will be instrumental in growing the Healthcare financing business with focus on Siemens Healthineers Diagnostic Imaging and Varian equipment. We are looking for Siemens Financial Services Finance Sales Manager - Healthcare Finance with the position being remote. To qualify for this position, the candidate should reside in South TX, Arkansas, Louisiana or Mississippi.

Responsibilities: Achieve business objectives and develop sales strategies for assigned territory Manage relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Healthineers and Varian Midwest Zone teams to sell the value of financing and originate business Support end-user customer focused initiatives to develop business opportunities Drive financing growth and maintain ROE target in respective territory Plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region Price and structure transactions Accountable for funnel management and forecast accuracy Initiate, measure and report promotions Regularly maintain forecasting and sales activities in CRM platform Requirements are: 8+ years equipment leasing/finance experience Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Strong relationship management, selling, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, self-starter Ability to execute business strategy and contribute to targeted sales, relationship management objectives and business returns Ability to provide solutions and address customer needs Ability to structure standard and complex financial product offerings Demonstrated understanding of risk versus return Ability to travel, meet with clients/prospects, travel time up to 30% Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, SuperTrump and CRM systems. Preferred Experience: Healthcare equipment finance experience is strongly preferred Relationships with existing healthcare providers (such as hospitals and imaging centers) in South Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
