Salary- Financial Management:
- Manage the dealership's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the financing process for vehicle sales, including arranging loans and leases for customers.
- Work with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers and the dealership.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and dealership policies.
- Sales Management:
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract customers and increase sales volume.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting appropriate vehicles and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage the dealership's vehicle inventory, including ordering new vehicles and managing used vehicle acquisitions and trades.
- Ensure that the dealership's inventory levels align with market demand and sales forecasts.
- Monitor vehicle pricing and promotions to remain competitive in the market.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and finance teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members to achieve common goals.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to vehicle sales, financing, and dealership operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to automotive sales and finance.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and finance operations, including paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and financial transactions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
