- Sales Management:
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract customers and increase sales volume.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
