PowerPay, a fast-growing financial technology company, is seeking an Account Manager to assist our growing team. This position follows a hybrid work schedule - M/F (Work from home) / T,W,Th (in office)
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with PowerPay's healthcare service providers and serving as the daily point of contact for key business contacts and stakeholders. The Account Manager will also manage and address client questions and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, the Account Manager will interact with cross-functional internal teams to deliver and improve the end-to-end delivery of both the client and borrower experience. This position may require occasional travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for service providers for all account matters and ensure strong client relationships are maintained.
- Participating in the sales and enrollment process of large and enterprise-level relationships.
- Launching new healthcare service providers and identifying ways to enhance and improve the client and borrower experience.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of PowerPay Vision Platform and configuration for healthcare service providers along with lending products and pricing.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to address all client needs are understood and timely addressed.
- Collecting and analyzing client/borrower data to access performance, prepare monthly business reviews, and proactively identify any performance trends.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience and proven track record in sales and client management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers, clients, and business outcomes.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within PowerPay and externally with clients and healthcare associations.
- Understanding of healthcare consumer behaviors and industry trends and working knowledge, proficiency, and training experience with Vision Platform.
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer/client complaints or needs.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and create monthly client business performance and assemble and support business reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
