A bilingual and organized Sales Support Specialist is sought to handle administrative tasks and support the sales department in customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include managing sales leads, coordinating quotes, providing customer service, handling customer accounts, monitoring sales performance, and recording sales data.
Location: Fresno| Compensation: $21-$24 DOE| Bilingual: English/Spanish| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and following up on order status
- Scheduling sales appointments and meetings
- Compiling daily sales leads and distributing them to the sales department
- Providing sales data and guides to support the sales team
- Monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff
- Managing sales tracking tools and generating reports
- Recording sales trends and collaborating with account managers on sales strategies
- Processing orders and rush requests promptly
- Managing customer accounts and providing troubleshooting assistance
- Performing data entry for sales figures and maintaining an organized filing system
- Handling administrative tasks for the company and its executives
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work is beneficial
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Customer service skills are highly valued
- Ability to multitask and switch focus rapidly
- Proficiency in computer and IT skills, including typing
- Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practice
